When she's not hanging around in second hand emporiums, smelling the dust on old books and rooting through boxes of handbags, Anna Blackaby likes to immerse herself in words of many languages - i.e. translating from Italian, German and hey, even a bit of French. Her favourite word in German is Schlumpfe (smurfs) and in Italian it's appiccicaticcio (sticky).
