5 Copies of horror film Quarantine to give away!
|
Competition closes on 03 April 2009.
Hollywood seems to be sensing that humanity is acting collectively crazier than usual, and the slew of 'scary people disease' films is growing - which is bad for humanity, but great news for any lover of horror. Quarantine is Cloverfield set indoors crossed with 28 Days Later. And we have 5 Quarantine DVDs to give away!
A tense film with claustrophobic hand-held camera work, Quarantine is a critically-acclaimed remake of the Spanish horror film [REC]. Not all remakes of foreign films are evil. (Even if they are, sometimes evil is required in a horror film. It's often a prerequisite).
Television reporter Angela Vidal (Jennifer Carpenter - Exorcism of Emily Rose, TV's Dexter) and her cameraman are assigned to spend the night shift with an LA Fire Station. After a routine 911 call takes them to a small apartment building, they find police officers already on the scene in response to screams coming from one of the apartments.
They soon learn that a woman living in the building has been infected by something unknown. After a few of the residents are attacked, they try to escape with the news crew in tow, only to find that the building has been quarantined.
No details, no witnesses and no evidence - until now.
Quarantine is available to buy on DVD and Blu-ray on 9th March 2009, courtesy of Sony Pictures Home Entertainment.
And Mookychick has 5 copies of Quarantine on DVD to give away!
