Global Gathering is one of the UK dance festival events of the year. A glorious weekend of camping and freedom, Global Gathering 2011 will take place at Long Marston Airfield in Stratford-Upon-Avon on Friday 29th and Saturday 30th July.
With our special VIP tickets you get to camp in the VIP Fields (lovely food, lovely space, shortcuts to the action). You can hang out in the VIP Wood, an enchanted forest with fairy lanterns and secret trails, and also a clubhouse where you can expect an awesome line-up of DJs. You also get VIP access to Cloud 9, a mental area full of luxury yurts, pop-up hotels and something called a Pimp Bus. No, we don’t know what that is.

What you’ll get from the VIP Global Gathering experience
This year the Global Gathering organisers are playing with events company Halo to help them create the VIP Fields, a dedicated area for guests looking to get the most out of their time at the festival. In addition, the magical VIP Woods will sit alongside the Fields and provide a more intimate complement to their spacious atmosphere.
Located next to VIP camping and on the fringes of the action, the VIP Fields offers guests the chance to relax, soak up the atmosphere and enjoy delicious food and drink from a bakery, sausage stall and outlets serving frozen yoghurt, cup cakes, ostrich burgers, traditional pies and a variety of different breakfast menus. Entered through a beautiful horned archway into a serene yet vibrant respite from the hustle and bustle outside this enclave, the VIP Fields will provide a shaded seating area in the form of a stunning giant pagoda at its centre, surrounded by giant colourful flags and garden benches and hay bale structures, perfect for lounging on.
Tucked away in a secluded wooded area between the VIP Fields and the main action of the festival, the VIP Woods will be GlobalGatherings very own enchanted forest, which truly comes alive at night. Hanging lanterns and fairly lights will lead visitors along secret paths to clandestine meeting places and bespoke seating areas built amongst the trees. Dominating the VIP Woods will be its centrepiece, the exclusive 300-capacity luxury Clubhouse, complete with bar, DJ boothand sumptuous seating with local heavyweightsSecret Party Project and Rock n Rollahosting the VIP musical offering.
