DIY skin bleach: How to get pale skin and maintain it in the summer months. We offer you a DIY pale skin recipe for a lemon oats and milk bath... and a simple, quick and easy pale skin cream recipe to make in your kitchen!

Hello all. I am going to show you how to make an organic DIY skin bleach to retain pale skin this summer. There's no need to compromise the beauty standards of your everyday gothic self... you don't need to be a goth with a tan this summer if you follow this natural skin lightening recipe. The pale skin bleach I'm about to show you is cheap - and is a skin lightening technique that has actually worked for me.
May is the perfect month for getting your pale skin ready for the summer time. If you just want your shade of skin a tad lighter, don't go out to the make-up store and buy a potentially harmful product (usually containing bleach). There are natural methods that have been used for hundreds of years. Such as using lemon. Lemon is a great alternative to processed skin bleach, since it has a fairly high amount of citric acid in it.
However, if you want to get pale skin I wouldn't suggest just using lemon on its own.
How to get pale skin with a lemon, oats and milk bath
I like to make a bath that I will take once a week for 3 weeks to get my skin a shade paler. I squeeze half a lemon into a warm running bath. I add a cup of milk, which is also very good for getting pale skin. Then I take a muslin bag full of ground oats and just drop it right into the warm water. These ingredients will not only help you get pale skin but are also healthy, astringent and moisturizinge - they're skin nutrition!
I usually just soak in my 'pale skin' bath for about 15 minutes. If you do the same and repeat once a week for 3-4 weeks you should see results.
Also, do not forget to moisturize. I use a fairly good winter moisturizer, but you can use coconut oil as a purely natural alternative. Coconut oil has been proven to be extremely good for your skin.
How to get pale skin with a DIY face cream
This pale skin cream recipe has beneficial qualities for your skin and can be used on your face.
To make this incredibly simple DIY skin bleach (located in the lovely and charming Gawthpallor site) you will need:
- a couple of lemon slices
- 1 cup of milk
- yogurt
- flower water (optional)
Soak the slices of lemon in the cup of milk for a couple of hours. Strain out the lemon and add the yogurt to thicken. Apply this cream to your face and body for a few hours so that the bleaching action can take effect. It might be wise to test the mixture on an area of skin that isn't your face first.
If you react badly with excess burning or itching, rinse the skin bleach off. Even if you get any temporary redness, at least the whole world won't be in a position to learn of your mistake.
Alternatively you can cheat and stick some lemon juice in a glass of milk, then rinse your face with it in the morning.
Finally, do keep out of the sun. If you're a secret sun bunny, get the highest SPF you can. And don't forget your lolita goth parasol. With a little care and a little natural DIY, you can get pale skin of a glowing pallor - and keep it in the summer months.
