Kate Bush was discovered at 16 by David Gilmour from Pink Floyd. In the first 2 years of her contract, Bush did not release an album, but finished school, did dancing/mime/music lessons and made 200 song demos. Too mooky for words. She's back this year with a new album.

Best Known For:

Doing nutty mime dancing to idiosyncratic songs. Wearing a leotard with no bra. Writing lyrics about female masturbation and Nazi sonar experiments and ghosts from literary fiction for her major pop hits. Being a lovable recluse. Never giving interviews.

Least Known For:

A filthy mouth. They say she swears like a trooper! Oh and she nipped off and had a son 5 years ago and covered her tracks so well, the press didn't find out until 2 years later. Haha!
