I'm 15, and completely inexperienced when it comes to guys... I've never kissed anyone and I've never really had a boyfriend. I have fancied guys, but no-one's ever asked me out, or fancied me.
A lot of my friends have started going out and getting drunk, and a few of my friends have given handjobs to guys. I'm really worried I'll be expected to do it soon as well, and I have no idea what a handjob actually IS.

Don't worry. Don't worry, don't worry, don't worry. It's not true for everyone, but a lot of the time, being 15 is about thinking about boys rather than snogging them or giving them handjobs. It's a time for having hobbies, working on your style, and building rafts for the garden pond. Everything will happen in its own sweet time. Believe it or not, there are some girls out there that don't kiss a guy until they're 17 or so, and they're not freaks. They're completely and utterly normal.
So don't worry. You don't have to know what a handjob is or how to give one (by the way, giving a handjob is masturbating a boy with your hand. You just put your hand down a boy's pants, clasp him with your whole hand gently and stroke his length up and down. You'll both get the rhythm of it. There's nothing to it.). You don't have to prepare for giving handjobs, however.
Don't feel obliged. You've got to the stage where you fancy guys, so your next step will probably be to at some point build up a friendship with a guy to the point where you're both wondering 'what if...'. That doesn't have to be next week, and it doesn't have to be a nearly-all-the-way at a party.
Sometimes, if you hold off and build up who you are and what you're interested in, when you do get a guy, you're more likely to (a) have more in common, (b) be more genuinely interested in each other, (c) go out for longer.
