Sit cross-legged on the floor in from of your crystal and worship it. Admire the beauty, the shape, the colours, Feel its energy through your hands. Say to yourself, "May the crystal soothe me swollen ego. Banish my bane and let the real me remain. Let me feel pride where pride is due, and humbleness, long overdue".

Victoria Francis is an established alternative fashion designer, an expressionist and surrealist artist who specialises in tattoo designs, and attempts a bit of photography and journalism on the side. Whilst dabbling in the creative arts she is truly inspired by feminists and insists that if you try and categorise her into a stereo type she will hunt you down and beat you with a stick!
