Blogging Competitions – Hollywood Haikus

If you’re a blogger who likes watching films and writing haikus you could win a Blu Ray Player and promotion of your blog! Worldwide entries welcome. Competition ends 20 May 2011.

Those nice folk at Best For Film have got a quite clever competition at the moment. It’s called ‘Hollywood Haikus’, and it’s terribly easy to enter.

1) Have a blog.

2) Review the film of your choice in haiku form (3 lines, 5-7-5 syllables).

3) Copy and paste this text into the bottom of your post:

4) Email the haiku post’s url to competitions @ bestforfilm.com. Put ‘HAIKU’ in the subject header. Include the link to your haiku and a lovely little description of your blog in the email.

The prizes

First Prize: SAMSUNG BLU-RAY PLAYER worth probably about a million gold doubloons. Also, promotion of their blog.

10 x Runners-up: Publication of their haiku with a description of the wonderfulness of their blog and a link to it.
